No wax floors

Once upon a time hardwood floors required regular waxing to keep their beauty, but a new generation of finishes make waxing obsolete. Most spills and general cleaning can now be taken care of with a damp mop.

Free cleaning kit

New Image customers (installations and large-area refinishing) receive a free kit of easy-to-use cleaning products formulated especially for no-wax finishes. To purchase extra kits, call or send us an e-mail us and we'll deliver the kits to your home.

Durable finishes

The standard finish used by New Image is Bonatech Traffic™, the most advanced and durable finish in the industry. It's formulated especially for heavy-traffic commercial and residential hardwood floors, and is available in satin or semi-gloss.

Other finishes are available, including oil-based urethanes. Some woods may also be custom-stained.

Sneeze free sanding

New installations and refinished floors alike require sanding. New Image uses state-of-the-art vacuum equipment to keep your house as free of dust as possible during the sanding process.

Speedy drying

Floors can be walked on within three to five hours after the final coat of finish has been applied. Furniture may be safely moved back onto the floor 24 hours after the final coat. Throw rugs should remain off of the floor for seven days while the finish cures.
